We fell in love with Valencia in 2018. Erik and Silvia swiftly decided on the El Cabanyal neighbourhood as our first choice when looking for an apartment because of the area’s excellent restaurants, beach, cozy neighbourhood, and close access to the city centre.
We purchased the first floor and rooftop of the perfect building in 2019; it had a broad view that even included the beach and the Mediterranean Sea. The outside of the classified modernist building (1929) has been returned to its original state by us, in collaboration with Jose Manuel Barrera, architect and professor in Valencia, and the constructor Jose Manuel Pontones of Integra. The interior has been divided into three lofts while keeping original features like the tall ceilings.
Our individual tastes are represented in the blend of local vintage, modern design, and standard furniture. And all of this with keeping in mind sustainability and the comfort of big , roomy beds with premium mattresses.
The three apartments are known as Tres Reinas, or Three Queens, because our daughters are the other three queens and these magnificent flats are situated on Calle de la Reina, the high street of El Cabanyal.
We have been residing in our apartments as much as possible since 2022. We also enjoy giving these to loved ones, friends, and anybody else who values elegance and high standards.
